iPRO (Botswana) is a long-only, value-oriented investment firm established in Botswana in 2007. The firm is licensed by the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) as an Asset Manager and is classified as a Public Interest Entity (P.I.E.) by the Botswana Accountancy Oversight Authority (BAOA).
As a majority citizen-owned firm with minority staff ownership, iPRO is led by a 100% citizen Board of Directors and an experienced management team of Batswana professionals who handle every function: portfolio management, research, trading, operations, compliance, client service, reporting, and business development.
The firm operates a Unit Trust Business (iPRO Botswana Fund Management Pty Ltd), which houses the iPRO Botswana Money Market Fund (IBMMF), available to both institutional and retail investors.
