Return your completed form and documents by email to clientadmin@ipro.co.bw, or hand them in at our Gaborone office.
Verification and account opening
We verify your details in line with regulatory requirements and open your investment account.
Invest and track
Once your account is active, you fund your investment and receive confirmation, with ongoing statements and support.
What You Need
Your document checklist
To open your account and meet regulatory requirements, please have the following ready. Having everything prepared up front means we can open your account without delay.

Certified copy of ID
A certified copy of your national identity document (Omang) or passport.

Proof of address
A utility bill, or an affidavit that shows both your residential and postal address.

Proof of source of funds
A payslip, an employer confirmation letter, or an affidavit clearly stating your source of income where it is not salary.

Bank confirmation letter and statements
A bank confirmation letter together with three months of bank statements.

The iPRO application form, fully completed and signed. We provide this when you enquire.
