iPRO Botswana appoints new Independent Non-Executive Director

iPRO Botswana (Pty) Ltd is pleased to announce an addition to its Board of Directors. The appointment strengthens the board's depth of expertise in financial services, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance.

The board continues to comprise a maximum of five directors, all 100% Batswana citizens, in line with the firm's majority citizen-owned structure and its commitment to developing local governance capacity.
